For appointment cancellations with less than a 24 hour notice or a no-show, a fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged to the card on file or electronically invoiced if no card is present. This fee is required to be paid prior to another service being requested. More than two no-show appointments may result in no longer being able to book at our spa, per our discretion.
